Many of the earrings at earringgirl.com are handmade. Due to the nature of bead materials, gemstones, and metals that are hand worked, there may be variations in size, color, and inclusions that may not show up, or show up differently on your computer screen as well as on your ears. Often handmade earrings do not match exactly or there are small imperfections which are part of their unique charm. That is wabi-sabi!

I accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. I have no minimum order. All New Jersey residents will be charged a 7% sales tax at check out.
I cannot take orders by phone. If you have any problems or questions, please email me: ami@earringgirl.com and I will respond promptly.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days.

First Class: Free up to $49.99 ($50.00 and up orders get Free Priority Mail)
Priority Mail: $0.00 to $49.99 is $4.25 $50.00 and up is Free
Express Mail: 0.00-149.99 is $14.50 $150.00 and up is Free
International Shipping- $14.00 flat rate. Items will be shipped first class or priority depending on location.
A $2.00 handling fee will be applied to all orders.
Guarantee/Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Send item back to me in new, unused condition in original packaging for a full refund minus return shipping. Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. I will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. You must insure all returned items. After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. All refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment.
International:
I welcome international orders, but please note that the buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, taxes or other charges that may apply to their location. Any custom duties or charges for return parcels are also the responsibility of the purchaser. I make only factual declarations on all customs and dispatch forms.
